I’m a Naturopathic Doctor, health coach, and mom of two. I am especially passionate about helping moms to feel like themselves again.

Particular interests of mine are helping people to have more energy, happier and more stable moods, and improved digestion and immune system (helping those with autoimmune conditions). I do this through lifestyle, nutrition and supplements and taking a functional systems approach.

Each of my patients gains a deep understanding about their health timeline and which systems are out of balance, showing priorities for healing.
