Dr. Polinsky graduated in 1999 from National University of Naturopathic Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon.  Awarded a 1 year residency position under esteemed naturopathic physician and dentist Dr. Dickson Thom, she remained in Oregon for 3 years.  Upon her return to Canada in 2002 she joined Sage Clinic in Vancouver.  In 2011 she opened Sage Clinic Victoria.  A graduate of Uvic, Dr. Polinsky is happy to be back in her hometown.

Located in downtown Victoria, Dr. Polinsky brings her experience in herbal medicine, European Biotherapeutic Drainage, clinical nutrition, EAV or Vega assessments and Frequency Specific Microcurrent.  She treats acute and chronic health concerns and loves teaching about wellness and health optimization.

Having two children herself, Dr. Polinsky is especially enthusiastic about working with the pediatric population. She believes that true prevention happens with preconception planning (4-6 months prior to conception goals) and loves working with couples to optimize fertility.

Embracing the concept of 'doctor as teacher' Dr. Polinsky has appeared on CTV, CFUN and CFAX 1070 radio.  She has written numerous health articles for magazines and periodicals.  Having enjoyed a career in Human Resources prior to becoming a Naturopathic Doctor she has an interest in corporate wellness initiatives. Dr. Polinsky is available for 'lunch and learn' presentations on topics such as Boost Your Energy, Enhance Your Immune Function, Minimizing Stress During a Busy Work Day, Optimizing Sleep and The Basics Of Vitamins.  

Dr. Polinsky is licensed to prescribe pharmaceuticals and is a longstanding member in good standing of both the CNPBC and the BC Naturopathic Association.
